The meaning of Lithium's cutie mark is that she can use the stars to navigate.
In school, she and fellow bat ponies were learning to navigate in pitch black night. Lithium had been showing excellent talent in navigating, and it followed up to be that she had been using the stars. After using this talent to guide a lost traveler in the night, her cutie mark appeared. Since, she has been a navigator who tends to hang around the rooftop on the Golden Oaks Library.
Personality:
Lithium is short-spoken, who is very expressive with her hooves. You would think she was mute when you saw her, but she can speak, yet she does it rarely.
